If you've selected a relatively popular point-and-shoot model, chances are that your options range from must-have items you should always keep on-hand to optional accessories that greatly expand the functionality of your point-and-shoot digital camera.
Being new to the DSLR camera, I would like to have learned more about how to use it better. The course was good, basic, but good.
I was hoping for more specific info. to my particular Sony camera. This was a little too basic.

Rather than dwell on obvious accessories that have been around for decades, there are many significant state of the art technical innovations that have accompanied the advent of better and better digital cameras. These are the ones that I would like to learn more about, including those that involve techniques of improving images after capture.
Very well written but should emphasise that if you are really serious about "capturing the moment" you should carry a point and shoot along with your DSLR.
This is great lessons for beginners , and also a great refresher for those who don't use there camera regularly. BrendaA.
at least i have an idea about accessories for the cam, thanks anyway. more accessories please???...
