2 lens 50mm f 1.4 is a great lens..but I would really know how to use it

this camera energizes itself in the case thus running down the battery, I sent it to sony they said there was no problem, when I received it back from them I went to bestBuy put one of their T900 in the case same problem every time you pull the camera out of the case the battery is dead NOT MUCH USE TO ME

I have the above camera and I have all kinds of stuff on it for "fine" shot "lightning icon" etc. I want to start over without all that stuff. Like when I first got the camera. And I don't know how to remove the stuff. I need help.... anyone,,,, thanks. I don't know who to ask....
